Very disappointing stay. Hospitality is close to none.

The Owner hosted a party at the establishment on 27 Dec but we were not consulted (loud music played until 3 am). Ants (always) and occasionally cockroaches in the room.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. We will urgently give attention and rectification to the points raised. On the point of cockroaches, we hardly have them in the Free State, especially Bethlehem, as it is one of the coldest and they cannot survive the temperature.
