House Rules
Check-in is from 15:00 - 17:30. Any late arrivals will incur an additional late check-in fee.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden.
No parties allowed.
A refundable breakage deposit is required. It will be refunded up to 7 days after the check-out date if there is no damage.
Each guest will be provided with 7 units of electricity per night. Any additional electricity consumption is for the guest's account. There is a prepaid electricity box in the apartment. This gets topped up by the guest when the supplied electricity units are depleted. The prepaid electricity meter number is available in the apartment.
Only the number of guests indicated on the booking is allowed. Extra guests will incur additional costs.
Day visitors are not allowed without the permission of the owner.
The complex's management has strict rules regarding parking and guests must park at the visitor car park. If guests do not follow the rules, they can be held financially liable for fines that arise.
There is also a strict noise policy and guests are requested to respect the residents in the complex. Guests may not make a noise after 22:00, otherwise they may be fined by the governing body.
Please note that there is no TV or Wi-Fi.
