Description
The Little Flower is a first-floor self-catering apartment, ideally located in the Little Greece mixed-use complex in Strand. The complex is 1 km from the idyllic Strand beach, and is ideally positioned for easy access to the airport, several golf courses, the winelands, and the Overberg region. The apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and small families. Business travelers with their own portable wi-fi are also welcome.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, 2 adults and 2 children, and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The light, bright bedroom contains a queen-size bed and built-in cupboards. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower, and a wash basin. Block-out blinds in the bedroom and open-plan provide privacy and an environment conducive to a restful sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, a stove and an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and other small appliances. The dining area contains a 6-seater wooden dining table and chairs. There is a sleeper couch that opens up into a double bed in the living area.
Garage parking, in a single garage with a manual door, is provided. There is a limited number of visitor parking bays.
The Little Greece complex offers communal braai facilities.
Please note that the Little Greece complex does not have a lift. No pets are allowed.
The minimalist decor and tranquil colors make The Little Flower a sanctuary to relax and exhale.
Intentionally, there is no Wi-Fi, TV, radio, or clock to further promote a sense of peace and tranquility.
