House Rules
Smoking is not allowed in any of our units.
Bulls or Hen's parties are not permitted unless approved by the owners.
If a party is approved, an agreed-upon damages deposit will be required, which will only be returned if no damages occur.
In the event of damages caused by the party, the cost to fix the issue will be deducted from the deposit before it is returned.
