Uitsonderlike verblyf by The Model House Gastehuis.

Ons onlangse verblyf by The Model House Gastehuis was werklik uitsonderlik. Vanaf die oomblik wat ons aangekom het, was die welkom warm en die atmosfeer uitnodigend. Die personeel was ongelooflik vriendelik en aandagtig, wat ons regtig tuis laat voel het. Die hoogtepunt van ons verblyf was die genereuse opgradering na 'n selfs beter kamer, wat ons ervaring onvergeetlik gemaak het. Die aandag aan detail regdeur die gastehuis was duidelik en het ons gemak en algehele genot verhoog. Wanneer ons in daardie rigting reis, sal The Model House Gastehuis ons eerste keuse wees. Ons het werklik bederf gevoel deur die uitstekende diens en pragtige omgewing. Baie dankie vir die onvergeetlike verblyf!

We had a great reception and stay. The door was a bit noisy. A carpet for the bedside and a small cloth for dishes needed.

Kamer was baie klein en moes badkamer met ander gaste deel. Eienaar was aanstellerig.

Cape Town is the best place to be. It offers great views and opportunities to see and enjoy planes.

The perfect room to say the least. I would not change or add anything to it if this explains it enough. So much natural light, too much awesomeness in one, might I add a very big room. I felt like the "president" during my stay, friendly staff and all. Can't wait to go back there.

Uitstekende waarde vir geld.

Vriendelike diens, die eienaar doen baie moeite om mens welkom te laat voel. Het gegaan vir 'n sakereis, maar The Model House het ons tydjie daar laat voel soos 'n klein vakansie. Die kamers is baie netjies en beskik oor goeie geriewe. Die eienaar is baie tegemoetkomend en ons het beslis tuis gevoel.

Very disappointing.

We booked the whole house and it was confirmed but, when arrived we had to share the house with another couple. The rooms were not cleaned and there were dirty pots and plates with moulded food in the oven and microwave in one of the rooms.

Baie goed gewees.

Die verblyf was baie aangenaam, behalwe die eerste aand, die geraas was regtig erg gewees. Mense hou nie by die huisreëls nie en dit is onaanvaarbaar. Verder was dit baie aangenaam.

I just have to share my personal review after visiting this amazing Guesthouse on Monday evening the 22nd of March 2021 with my husband. Firstly the owner, Marie is such an amazing and professional lady with so much passion for what she does. She is also the founder and owner of CCA, Celebrities Casting Agency. Well to continue on why we stayed at this reasonably new accommodation establishment and beautiful Model House was because of the amazing energy of the beauty created here. As it also is a passion of my husband as a professional photographer he decided to choose staying here for my 50th birthday celebration and what a perfect choice it was. The stunning room and beautiful view overlooking the pool from Lux 3 their presidential suite was absolutely awesome and the luxurious room, lounge and en-suite bathroom was just a picture of perfection. I was treated like a queen from the minute I walked in there with special treatment and a basket of snacks to die for. I literally snacked and enjoyed all the lovely treats and drinks all night. The rest of the Model House - the rooms, kitchen, art room, lounge, pool and all the amenities is a treat in itself. If you needing a break away from home to relax and unwind you cannot miss this affordable and luxurious accommodation. You will feel so refreshed and like a brand new person after enjoying the down time in this absolutely beautiful and tranquil place, The Model House. Don’t delay, book now for your overnight stay.

Comfortable, but not really customer orientated.

The room was comfortable and the TV with YouTube facility excellent. However, electrical cord for appliances difficult to access. For example, the kettle cord was very short and hard to access to fill the kettle, it meant one had to bend down and with difficulty take the kettle plug out of the extension cord. It resulted in my bumping the fridge and the breaking of a drinking glass. Water pressure in the shower very poor. My first night's stay, only lukewarm water. No bed side lamps - not convenient. Usually customers provided with small bottles of shampoo and shower wash - only some shower wash in a container on the wall. No soap. Air conditioner did not work. Although a good position and the rooms and bed comfortable and Rodney allowed me to book in late - the points I mentioned means I will not want to use The Model House again. These details are important if you are going to offer a 4 or 5 star service.
