Apartment 1 can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. Two bathrooms are fitted with a bath and shower, while the remaining bathrooms have showers. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, with the remaining rooms containing twin beds that can be converted into king-size bed options. The bedrooms flow into an air-conditioned open living area with a kitchen, dining area as well as a lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a double-door fridge, a kettle as well as cutlery and crockery. The kitchen also has a breakfast island with sufficient seating. The living area is furnished with an 8-seater dining room table and comfortable couches in front of a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
