Could have been better. My stay was wonderful and the location was perfect for my planned holiday activities. It would have been nice if the apartment cleaning costs were included in the total cost. Have a nice time. Very nice stay, apartment badly needs TLC. The leg of the bed in the spare room was broken and the chain of the light in the dining room was broken. The porch is lovely, but when it rains everything is wet because the sheets are bent on the roof. Furniture needs cleaning. All in all a lovely home, but in need of attention.

We do try to keep the unit as clean and tidy as possible, and because we as owners do not reside nearby, we rely heavily on our guests' feedback regarding our cleaning service. It is always easier to attempt to remedy the problem whilst the guests are still there. Were were in contact quite a lot during your stay and I wish you had mentioned that there were dirty dishes in the cupboard. I would have gladly sent someone in to clean whatever needed extra cleaning. Regarding the bathroom - our unit is wheelchair-friendly, so we have to have a walk-in shower without a lip. Again, if this was a problem, I could have arranged for extra bathroom mats. I'm sorry that your experience was not what you had hoped for. We try to do better each time.

Exceptional getaway. My stay at One Summer Place was nothing short of amazing. The beautiful sound of the waves crashing was absolutely calming. What I love the most is that its close to all amenities. The place was clean and very safe with a very friendly security guard who made his rounds around the premises every few hours during the evenings. Thank you to our host Angelique who was extremely pleasant and helpful and ensured we had an excellent stay in her home - great host. Keep up the excellent service.

Beautiful location. The location is beautiful, and the apartment was clean. I guess being so close to the ocean and the humidity most of the appliances have rust damage.
