Comfortable apartment - but a little shabby in some areas.

Area is awful, but we chose it because of the proximity to Groote Schuur. Staff very helpful - can't say the same for the agent (Christine). Tried to call her regarding the TV (which we couldn't get to work) - she never answered her phone. Eventually your agent contacted us and it was sorted out. She did not meet us at the unit - someone from the cleaning crew came down to meet us. Could not check in at 14:30 as the unit was not ready yet (you advertise a 14:00 check-in). Had to come back later. Bat stools peeling badly (as is the couch), sliding door doesn't lock and so on. Owners need to spend a little money. The staff at Paragon saved the day - they are very kind and helpful - otherwise, we definitely wouldn't recommend it to family and friends.

The service was horrible. I will never ever stay in the place in my life. I stayed there for two occasions. Hence, I went back. The status of the place is not the same. Since I came on Sunday no housekeeping was done.

The service is horrible. From check in I had a bad experience. The window was broken and covered with a black plastic. I really regretted why I booked in the place. No house keeping for the full three days. This is like a hostel or student accommodation. The value for money is zero. Calling an agent before you can get a key is not appropriate. Please improve. On my side I will never use the establishment. I had a terrible experience. The furniture is peeling. The place is not in the good state to be used by travellers.

The staff members were friendly, the place looks wonderful. Spacious and clean.

Great place to be in. Home away from home.

I was able to comfortably cook and carry on with my personal activities without disturbance. Internet was superb. It was a noisy though sometimes. Noise coming from outside.
