Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than 5 days.
- Bath towels are provided and replaced on every third day.
- Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
- Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
- Daily services, except on Christmas Day, please take note of this schedule.
- By booking this unit, guests accept the terms and conditions as well as the house rules of the resort that will be visited.
- No smoking in the apartment.
- All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.
- Rest of the year payments to be settled one week before arrival.
- No payments can be made at the resort and should be settled before arrival.
- Guests are not allowed to sublet the unit. Keys will only be signed out to the Surname confirmed with the agent.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded a week after departure, should there be no damages.
- There is a nightclub across the road.
