House Rules
Guests use the premises and all equipment at their own risk and will not hold Etna's Southern Tip (Pty) Ltd or the homeowners responsible for any loss or damage during the stay.
If the permitted number of tenants (including children) is exceeded, or if guests make noise and have loud parties, they will have to vacate the accommodation immediately.
No 21st parties or matric parties are allowed.
Right of access is reserved by management.
No one under 21 years of age is allowed without proper adult supervision.
Guests must make sure they choose the correct house as they will not be able to change on arrival.
No axes for chopping wood are allowed.
No furniture may be moved around.
Use the alarm system of the house/apartment as explained in the booklet or by the agent on arrival.
If the home is pet-friendly, note that pets are not allowed on any furniture.
The full balance payment must appear in Etna's bank account before the keys will be handed over.
No refund will be made for guests who depart early.
Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is by 10:00.
Please bring lanterns or lights.
The whole house is available for guests. Note that some cupboards, where the owner's personal items are stored, may be locked.
Guests must bring their own firewood and lighters.
