Red Rock Cottage is situated on a farm which is at the end of a private road in a beautiful, safe and secluded valley, in the Klein Karoo wilderness between Ladismith and Riversdale. This could be a great option for a family getaway as this cottage spoils with an inviting splash pool.
This cottage can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed and a single sleeper couch. Both of these rooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The first bedroom has its own fireplace and a small, private patio.
The open-plan living area consists of a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven and stove, dining area, and lounge where the sofas can accommodate 2 additional children. Glazed patio doors open onto an outside patio with braai facilities and uninterrupted views of the surrounding fields and hills.
The property's famous, freshly baked olive and rosemary bread is always available to order. The area is perfect for exploring on mountain bikes; guests are required to bring their own bicycles and gear. Guests are welcome to explore the amazing variety of landscape features on the farm, including the magical mini-valleys, dry river beds, fossils, and strange succulents that make this landscape so unique.
