Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that the accommodation is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Any violations leading to extra cleaning, breakage, or late check-out will be deducted from the damage deposit.
No day visitors are allowed; they will be charged as an extra guest per night rate.
Additionally, there is no rotation of guests allowed. For instance, if a guest leaves and is replaced by another guest, please contact the owner directly if you have booked the whole house (sleeps 8) for an extended period and this is required.
Cleaning is provided at an additional cost.
This house is pet-friendly at an additional cost, and only small-breed dogs are allowed.
Your respect for the property and towards the staff will ensure that we have a mutually good relationship.
