House Rules
Please note, that sections of the house are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
No smoking in the house. Please smoke outside and put all the buds in the dustbin.
No parties.
No pets.
No towels to be taken out of the house. R250 will be charged for each towel missing or damaged.
Wet towels can be hung outside to dry, please don’t hang them on the wooden furniture or chairs.
Please report breakages immediately.
No eating on the bed or in the bedrooms as stains on the bedding will be charged as damages. R200 for sheets and R700 duvet covers. If it can’t be cleaned, the property will need to purchase new ones.
