Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Load shedding is a daily occurrence - we have 12V battery back up for the lights in the cottage.
The South Coast is also currently fraught with water supply issues. We have installed a freshwater tank with a water pump which can pump fresh water through the cottage in the event of an interruption in water supply from the local council. If there is no power and the water is off, we have a rainwater tank with an outside tap.
We are trying our best under extremely trying conditions.
