House Rules

If 2 guests want separate bedrooms an extra cash fee is payable per night on arrival.
Please note that the breakage deposit needs to be paid in cash on arrival as there are no card facilities.
Please note the balance of the deposit needs to be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
Safe parking for boats is available on request and at an additional fee per night.
The cottage is totally private and walled.
The owners live in the house next door.
No loud music is allowed.
No other electrical appliances can be brought to the cottage and plugged in.
No big trucks are allowed.
No parties / noise allowed after 10 p.m.
