The adjacent dining area and lounge area has a TV with selected DStv channels; free Wi-Fi is provided. This unit opens onto a balcony, and also features a private entrance. The unit also has a festive Mexican-themed rooftop entertainment area including a private rim-flow pool, intimate firepit, comfortable wicker seating and dining area.

House Rules
The swimming pool is uncovered and patio tiles may be slippery when wet please avoid running around the swimming pool. Children should only use the pool under adult supervision.
A refundable security- and breakage deposit is required. This deposit shall be refunded to the tenant within 14 working days of your departure and as soon as the owners and/or their appointed agents have determined that the rental property has been returned in good order and any additional costs for the tenant’s account have been finalised. The host reserves the right to deduct any amount due in respect of damage/breakage/loss/theft of any items and specifically for any apparent misuse of linen and/or towels. Guests are liable for any amounts exceeding the breakage deposit at time of departure.
The property does not cater to students or groups of people where all persons are under the age of 25.
Parties are not allowed, please observe quiet times between 22:00 and 07:00.
Overcrowding is not permitted. Your booking will specify the number of people permitted to stay on the premises.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Ashtrays are available outside for this purpose.
No prohibited substances or articles may be brought onto, used, or traded with on the premises.
Pets are not allowed.
Towels are provided on the premises and may not be removed. Beach towels may be taken to the beach however, must be returned each day.
The home is serviced from 09:00 daily, or later should the guests not be up and about yet, by the resident housekeeper. This excludes Sundays and public holidays.
Linen is changed every seventh day. If you require clean linen more regularly, please make a request with the owners. An additional charge may be levied.
Bath towels are changed twice per week. Beach towels are changed when required. If you require clean towels more regularly an additional charge may be levied.
Guest are asked to use beach showers to rinse off any sand before using the swimming pool.
Guests are asked not hang wet clothing over the furniture. A wooden ladder is provided for this purpose. Alternatively, hang clothes on the washing line.
Please do not use the electric fire pit and/or patio blinds if there is any wind as this may damage them permanently.
Upon arrival, go through the inventory without delay. If you don’t agree with anything on this list please report it immediately. There will be an inventory count directly after your departure and you will be held responsible for any missing items.

The first bedroom features a California king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin, while the second and third bedrooms are each furnished with an extra-length king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Each bedroom opens to a covered patio, and there are 2 hammocks to take in the views from. This apartment has a well-equipped kitchen that contains a fridge, a microwave, and an oven with a gas stove. The adjacent dining and lounge area has a TV with selected DStv channels. The shack also has a spectacular ocean-facing patio with an outdoor dining area and a private swimming pool overlooking the popular promenade, tidal pool and beach. The firepit is also perfect for an evening braai with the relaxing sound of the waves crashing in the background.
