House Rules
Guests have access to the cottage, balcony and garden area next to the cottage.
The owners live on the property behind the
cottage.
The two dogs will be kept away from guests.
Guests must please refrain from walking up to the house.
Guests are welcome to contact the host via phone if assistance is required.
Please close the gate and double-lock it when entering or leaving the property.
Secure the front door to the wall with the hook provided as it can get windy and if the door is left off the hook and is damaged, guests will be held responsible.
All furniture may be moved outside but must be returned to its original place.
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the cottage, this is a non-smoking space. Smoking may only occur outside in the garden space a short distance away or on the balcony with the sliding door closed. Put all cigarette butts into a jar provided. Please clean the jar when done.
No Pets allowed.
