100% payment is required upon booking.
Group bookings pay a non-refundable booking fee charged when a booking is made and calculated according to the value of the booking. Balance to be paid 14 days before arrival.
Children are welcome. Please call the hotel in advance to get rates and secure arrangements. Children between 0 – 1 stay for free.
No pets allowed.
Maximum of 2 guests per room, sadly no visitors allowed in rooms.

Elm Tree Restaurant: Open daily from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, serving breakfast, lunch, and all-day coffee. Dinner is exclusively for hotel guests, featuring a range of creative dishes.
Conferencing: Our top-class facilities include 2 executive conference rooms. The first accommodates 24 delegates in a U-shape (32 max in other setups), while the second seats up to 12. Both rooms are equipped with large screens, sound systems, and flip charts, with additional equipment available for virtual meetings.
Events: Celebrate special moments with us. From baby and bridal showers to birthdays, we create memorable indoor and outdoor events with creative menus and beautiful spaces.
Weddings, Dressing Day & Honeymoons: The Syrene offers an intimate setting for your honeymoon and a serene dressing room for your wedding day. We accommodate micro receptions and intimate dining for up to 36 guests.
We display a permanent collection of South African photographer Koos van der Lende's African Tree series, alongside vibrant artworks by local artists, available for purchase.
