Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No overoccupancy will be tolerated, only a maximum amount of people allowed as per confirmation.
No visitors are allowed unless arranged with management's approval. A day visitor fee will apply.
No music is allowed from any form of device ie: cellphones, music players etc.
No hubbly bubbly's are allowed on the premises.
Please respect other patrons.
No excessive alcohol use will be tolerated.
Silence must be maintained between 22h00 – 07h00.
No swimming after 21h00.
No mattresses or bedding are to be removed from beds.
Please refrain from smoking in the unit, please smoke on your patio or designated smoking areas.
Children younger than 12 years, are to be accompanied by an adult at the swimming pool for their own safety as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Cleaning service will be provided from Monday to Saturday between 09h00 – 13h00 only and no cleaning service will be provided on Sundays or public holidays.
Should you wish to connect any device to your television in your unit, please arrange with the reception upon arrival.
No pets allowed.
No firearms of any kind, including pellet guns or any item that projects any projectile are allowed.
Check-in time is strictly after 14h00.
Check-out time is strictly before 10h00 on check-out day. An hourly late check-out fee will be applicable.
Appropriate language and acceptable clothing must be maintained at all times.
Any damages caused by guests or their children will be recovered accordingly, and you will be held liable for all damages.
