The bed was good and hot water.

The house is fine

I was a single guest and the only booking for two days, however when the other group arrived it was a bit hectic. I would suggest the owner review different age groups, cultures and the number of people in the house - so that there can be some kind of alignment with all these social factors. I stayed in my room and did not make use of the communal areas at all, as I totally did not fit in with the other guests. Loudness and not adhering to the rules, not considering other guests is also a factor, as there is no control or close management on the premises, unfortunately.
