I believe that it is important for future guests to review our feedback.

Your booking was for one person, and you were not too happy to pay for the second person that checked in with you. You also booked a rate that did not include parking, but you arrived with a vehicle, and we accommodated you without any issues.

Your rate and booking confirmation were for self-catering, which for obvious reasons did not include breakfast. Please note that we do have the option to include breakfast for our self-catering units, as I mentioned to you on your arrival, but you did not want it. We have different rates to accommodate all of our guests, those who would like to have breakfast, and those who do not want breakfast and do not want to spend the extra money if they do not need it. You specifically booked the self-catering rate. Therefore, the advertising was definitely not false, and I only apologised for your misunderstanding.

In terms of the bed, it is a brand-new medium-firm hospitality-quality mattress that we recently purchased. We did have it looked at after your complaint, and they could not find anything wrong. I am sorry that you did not mention this to us during your stay, as we would have tried to change your bed with another that might meet your comfort zone requirements.

There are three self-catering units located on the property, and White Elephant is the most private, with its own small garden, patio and private outside shower. They are all in the vicinity of 7 meters apart. We do offer assistance with carrying bags, which I did offer, but the offer was not accepted.

White Elephant does not have any carpets. It does have a decorative straw mat for decor. So, I am surprised that you are referring to dirty carpets.
