House Rules
- No music or excessive noise is allowed. If any neighbouring residents report excessive noise or unruly behaviour, the host may have to evict you from the property and terminate your stay, without any refund of either your accommodation money or security deposit.
- No parties or functions are allowed.
- The maximum number of people who can use the accommodation at the time of your visit may not exceed the maximum capacity of the unit, and only those indicated on the booking form can occupy the property. The host reserves the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of breach of this condition.
- No day visitors are allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited in all units.
- Reception will be closed on the 25th and 26th of December as well as the 1st of January. Arrivals and departures will not be allowed on these dates.
- No children over the age of 12 years old will be allowed in the Whale Apartment.
