Really enjoyed the weekend. Our weekend was fantastic. Sean and Merle were very hospitable. The service was great and the food excellent. Will definitely visit again and recommend Thornhill to friends.

Not what I'd thought. We had a lovely stay and Charmaine was a fantastic hostess, but the lodge was not what we had in mind given that "Safari" forms part of the Lodge's name. Even though we enjoyed the weekend, we did not receive the value for the money spent. We paid a lot for a room and meals but that's it. It's not your typical lodge that offers game drives. The rooms are not up to standard compared the money paid.
