Great quiet spot for an overnight stay or exploring the region.

Pretty, nice having a little stoep to sit outside, evening meal was good. Needs better signage for the reception area when arriving, I'm still not sure where it is. Staff were great!

We lived in the self-catering units. The kitchen is really inadequate for self-catering. There is no place to store food or prep food. Fridge is tiny. Braai facility is next to house and not near seating area. Very limited seating in lounge area. No place in shower to place soap. Gardens at self-catering units are not well maintained. Our unit was not cleaned during our stay.

The photos on the website are misleading. It shows well maintained gardens around rooms - the self-catering units do not have well maintained gardens. The restaurant was closed due to COVID which was disappointing. Owners are friendly and helpful, but quality of accommodation was lacking.
