Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R400 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable contingency and breakage deposit is payable with every confirmed reservation, and will be refunded with 7 working days after departure, or after the unit has been cleaned and inspected.
Bring your own bedding, cushions, dishwashing requirements etc. Bedding and towels can be rented from a private entity in Jongensfontein.
Keys are collected and returned at our offices, which is in the flats behind Seesig Supermarket. No keys will be handed over until the full outstanding balance and the contingency deposit has been paid in full.
