House Rules
This is a non-smoking unit, but guests can smoke on the balcony away from open doors and windows.
Loud noise is not permitted, and quiet hours are from 22h00.
Guests are asked to enter at the top gate (Nicholson Drive) and exit at the bottom gate (Colin Street).
All trailers must be parked in the trailer parking provided.
Please keep all bicycles, sports equipment and valuables in the unit to avoid theft or damage.
Please ensure that the main door is always locked so the wind does not slam it shut.
Washing and towels are not to be hung over the balcony or chairs.
Between 09h00 and 11h00, the UGU is switched on to fill the Jojo tanks. Water pressure may be very low for a few minutes during this time.
Purified water is available at the communal tap next to the entry gate.
