Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Reasonable silence is required in the common areas between 21:00 and 8:00.
No smoking is permitted in the Apartment.
No more than the number of guests on booking approval can stay over.
No loud noise after 21:00.
No loud noise or disorderly conduct.
Please keep in mind of monkeys.
Black bags remain in the unit or otherwise in green bins at the complex
The cleaning fee is the exit clean fee only additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee.
Please don’t lock house keys inside the apartment.
Please let us know if you will be bringing a trailer down in advance as we need to notify security before arrival for smooth access.
Once entry amenities have finished please restock yourselves
