A really safe and comfortable place to stay. Kobus was attentive and everything was neatly in order.

Beautiful stay. The host and his wife are very caring and friendly. Stunning room, bathroom and utilities. We will definitely make use of this guesthouse again. We felt very safe, including our vehicle behind security gates.

Fantastic host! The rooms were exceptionally clean with many additional personal touches. Our family ranged from 5 years old to adults, and we were all catered for.

Amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice. He gave us a warm welcome and we really felt at home.

Great host, lovely accommodation.

Kobus was a very good host, and the room was very neat and clean, and well kitted. Besides tea and coffee facilities, there was a microwave and bar fridge, and cutlery and crockery for 2 (plates, bowls, mugs, full set of cutlery for 2). The bathroom had a bath and separate shower, and every amenity needed, including a disposable razor and shaving cream.

My sister and I just needed a one-night overnight stay, and Kobus accommodated us graciously! The unit had everything we needed, and we would definitely make use of it in the future.

"Tranquil" beteken "rustig". Ons het dit ervaar.

Ons het die tyd baie geniet. Die akkommodasie is uitstekend, die gastehuis is goed geleë, naby die middedorp, in loopafstand van die strand.

Relaxing.

Everything is so quiet. Felt like we were the only people there. I like that the rooms have entrances separate to the main house. Fridge, crockery, microwave and cutlery in the room. Air conditioning was a lifesaver. Various platforms to watch movies, etc. on smart TV. Close to the waterfront and mall.

Die kamer was baie mooi skoon en netjies, ek sal definitief weer daar oorslaap.

Die kamers is uitstekend, waarde vir jou geld. Die rustigheid en stilte is fantasties, sal beslis weer gebruik maak van julle.

We had a lovely stay at Tranquil Rooms @ 9 East. We just want Hermanus to get an Uber service as you cannot walk at night in this day and age. We were two women and were too scared to walk home from the Waterfront in the dark, but daytime was delightful alongside the beachfront.

Comfortable, clean room and en suite.

Room 4 was spacious and comfortable. A ceiling fan would be an asset.

Plek was netjies, modern en skoon.

Ons was baie vriendelik verwelkom deur Kobus en hy het ons dadelik tuis laat voel.

We won't stay here again.

Didn't have a pleasant stay as we were up all night because of the noise from the other rooms on either side. You could literally hear people speak through the walls, and the TVs were so loud. Also heard a rat running on the ceilings. Besides the noise levels, the room was nice, clean, etc.
