Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Kindly note that there is a 1 km dirt road leading up to the accommodation, it is advised to drive this slowly and to avoid wheel spinning.
The refundable key and breakage deposit of R5 500.00 is due on or before check-in and will be refunded after the final servicing of the unit after check-out.
There is an exit cleaning fee of R650 charged on all bookings. If extra cleaning is required, a fee will be deducted from the deposit. For bookings longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee will be charged of R650.00 per 7 nights stayed. This will include a towel change and linen will be changed at our discretion. If clean linen is requested during your stay, this will be an additional fee of R850.00 per linen change.
Additional guests can be accommodated at an extra cost per person.
The remaining balance needs to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
This accommodation is completely off the grid and relies on solar power. Heating appliances such as hairdryers are not to be used.
This property is not recommended for babies and toddlers under 6 years old. Parent supervision is required at all times.
There is a strict no-fire policy except in the designated braai area.
Tea, coffee, sugar and rusks are provided.
An indemnity form needs to be signed before check-in.
As the property is in a Unesco World Heritage Site, the surrounding environment needs to be conserved and looked after. Guests are asked to not pick up or remove any vegetation.
Please be aware of snakes, scorpions, baboons, and other wildlife. Feeding and capturing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Doors and windows need to be kept closed at all times if rooms are not occupied to avoid access by baboons.
Waste needs to be disposed of at the local site deposit in Pringle Bay on check-out.
This house is designed for up to 8 guests with an additional lounge/kitchenette, however, we are able to accommodate smaller numbers. We can accommodate as few as 2 and depending on the size of your group the rooms are adjusted. You will be the only guests on the property at any one time, however depending on how many of you there are, certain sections of the house will be closed off for smaller groups. No matter how big your group is, you will have full access to the patio and the rest of the property, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and access to the kitchenette will just be adjusted accordingly.
