Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed.
We don't accomodate Rage students.
Besides the guests that are booked, no additional guests are allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the apartment or in the complex.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Guests have to be quiet between the hours of 22:00 and 07:00.
Alcohol or any glasses are not allowed in the pool area. Guests are expected to behave in the swimming pool area.
Not complying with house rules may result in immediate eviction from the property without a refund.
Guests are required to respect the privacy and peace of all neighbours.
