Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A breakage deposit is required for all bookings and will be refunded within two weeks after guests' stay.
Final payments must be made at least one month prior to the check-in date.
Marloth Park is in a Wildlife sanctuary and no loud music or noise is allowed at any time, this is a quiet getaway and is not suited for groups wanting to party. A fine of R3500 will be imposed on guests who fail to adhere to the rule and or a possible eviction.
This is a non-smoking facility and no smoking is allowed in the treehouse. Guests can however smoke outside at the Boma area.
The booking is based on an average power consumption per day and should guests' usage exceed this, they will be required to buy and load additional units at their own expense.
Any additional guests outside the booking total will be charged at R500 per person per day payable in cash.
