Perfect in every way!

Perfect location for Hogsback Open Gardens Weekend. Home is equipped with everything we required to make our stay easy and comfortable! A fire in the evenings and relaxing in the beautiful garden made it quite difficult to leave to explore the beautiful surroundings and open gardens.

Netjiese plek met vriendelike eienaars.

Baie netjiese en skoon kothuis. Die plek is groter as op die fotos. Eienaar was baie behulpsaam. Baie groot tuin vir kinders om in te speel.

Net die plek om jou siel te laat rus.

Baie rustig en stil omgewing. Tipies plaas. Die huis het aan al ons behoeftes voldoen - meer as genoeg ruimte vir agt persone.

Die mooiste tuin.

Ons kinders het dit saam met ons vreeslik geniet. Die hele familie het so lekker gekuier. Kan nie wag om ons vriende te bring.

Heerlike verblyf met asemrowende uitsig oor Hogsback area. Die huis is baie goed ingerig.

Baie dankie vir 'n heerlike verblyf van 3 nagte. Die kombuis is ingerig met als wat mens kan nodig kry. Ons het baie veilig en rustig gevoel.

Fulfilled our expectations and more!

We were welcomed with beautiful fresh flowers from the amazing garden and felt completely at home. The house is well equipped, we made a minor suggestion for the kitchen, which was well received. Lovely beds and the fireplace warms the living area immediately and effectively. The warm blankets in the bedrooms all worked. Within walking distance to the lovely small but well equipped Spar which bakes their own bread. The roads ok despite very good rains just before we came.

Spacious cottage in a beautiful setting.

The house was large, comfortable and well-equipped. The garden is large and lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

Rustig, in 'n pragtige omgewing.

Alles perfek. Hogsback kan wel aandag skenk aan hulle paaie. Ons moes inderhaas terug Alice toe om 'n band te vervang. Verblyf was 100%.

Friendly service, stunning location. No clear communication about checkout procedure.

Plenty of space for us, everything we needed. Once we had a problem and looked for the housekeeper and could not find her, but we sorted the problem out ourselves.

Huis het pragtige uitsig, alle geriewe moontlik, groot vertrekke, smaakvol gemeubileer.

It was lovely and memorable.

The ladies were happy with the house. The only negative comment was the damp smell of the carpet. Everything else was absolutely lovely.

Truely home away from home.

Exceeded all our expectations. Hidden gem and the true Hogsback experience. All the comforts you need. The best view of the mountains from all the rooms. Few places that will stay on the bucketlist.

So beautiful, and peaceful, centrally located near village.

Would highly recommend. Not only was it one of the most beautiful houses I have stayed in, but when I had questions, the owners responded immediately. Breathtaking views of the mountains. Amazing gardens, saw dozens of Cape Parrots and many Knysna Loeries. Magical place to stay.

Absolutely memorable, comfortable and clean.

We were a group of 11 people, from the Boksburg Hiking Club. The location was perfect for us, we did a few hikes from Trewennan. The birds in your gardens were beautiful and we used to sit and bird watch early morning and late at night. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and we were so impressed with the cleanliness of the place.

We had great time.

We will be coming back to this place. Everything was just beautiful. I will recommended this place to friends and family.

Best view of the "Hogs" in a private, peaceful and comfortable family home.

Unfortunately when we checked in at 2pm the house was not ready for us as the previous guests had vacated late, however, when we eventually settled in we found the spacious family home very comfortably furnished, especially the lovely big bay-windowed main bedroom and excellent mattress! We also appreciated the wide range of board games, puzzles, books and comics to keep grandchildren occupied when not outdoors. We grandparents and parents appreciated the spacious kitchen, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine to cut down on chores! The house is at the end of a quiet country lane providing privacy, peace and quiet.

Omgewing is onbeskryflik mooi.

Really super. We had a good time! One evening we thought we would watch a movie but the DVD and TV did not recognise each other!

Asemrowende uitsig en 'n lekker huis vir 'n klomp mense!

Die huis was great gewees. John was ook baie hulpvaardig en ons het ons verblyf geniet. Dis 'n fantastiese plek vir baie gaste en goed uitgerus.

Heerlik!

Pragtige tuin met lieflike skoenlappers en voëls, asook die beste matrasse ooit! Voel sommer baie tuis.

Ruim en rustig.

Die reuse, goed versorgde tuin en ruim huisie het die indruk geskep van 'n ekslusiewe landgoed. Die Hogsback omgewing het gesorg vir die res.

Rustig tussen die bome met al die voëltjies rondom jou.

Baie lekker knus blyplek tussen die bome. Gerieflike kamers en alle benodighede in kombuis beskikbaar.

Ons het 'n absolute wonderlike vakansie gehad.

Trewennan is 'n pragtige goed ingerigte huis met alles wat nodig is om 'n heerlik vakansie te hê. Die aande was so rustig voor die kaggelvuur met die games en DVD's wat voorsien word en 'n plus is ook die hout wat elke dag verskaf word en ons hoef nooit te onthou om hout te gaan koop nie ... dink aan al die klein dingetjies.

Gerieflike, bekostigbare verblyf!

Baie "cosy" blyplek, met al die nodig geriewe. Kaggel is fantasties vir die koue aande!

Absoluut alles wat ons gehoop het. Stil, rustig, heerlike slaapplek.

Ons het heerlik gekuier by Trewennan! Die rustige atmosfeer is 'n lafenis vir jou siel. Ons 3 jarige het die swings, tuin en legkaarte vreeslik geniet. Die kombuis is goed ingerig en die kothuis is groot en gemaklik. Beste van als: geen TV! Die eienaars is vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ons sal verseker terugkeer as ons weer in Hogsback kuier.
