Each chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults and has an open-plan layout. Each chalet contains 2 single beds or a queen-size bed, underfloor heating, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. Each chalet has a lounge area with a fireplace, and a TV with OpenView channels. Each chalet has a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, 2-plate mini-stove and oven, tea- and coffee-making facilities, cutlery, crockery and cleaning aids. Each chalet opens to a balcony with outdoor seating and private braai facilities. An extra single bed can be added in each chalet for younger guests who wish to share with their parents.

- The venue requires a R 500 cash deposit to cover any potential damage to, or soiling of, our linen by your pets. This deposit will be refunded on departure provided there are no problems or issues.
- All dogs that visit Trout River Falls have to be socialised. Your dogs must tolerate cats and other animals on the farm.
- Please do not allow your pets to disturb wildlife which roams freely on the property.
- Please do not bring your dog if she is on heat.
- Please ensure that you control your male dog if he has not been castrated.
- Trout River Falls trusts that you will not bring your pets in the event that they are injured or sick.
- Please respect pet safety and ensure that your pets are vaccinated, de-wormed and have had tick and flea treatment at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to your booking. Proof of vaccination is required before you check-in.
- Trout River Falls will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damage or death to your animal while staying with us. You bring your pets at your own risk.
- Your animals may not be unattended or left alone.
- Your dogs may not sleep on the couches/bed.
- Please do not use our blankets/towels in the room for your pets. It is your responsibility to supply all your pet's belongings.
- Please remember to bring your own towels and pet shampoo as your dog may get very dirty while visiting us.

- Trout River Falls is a Fly Fishing only venue, promoting catch-and-release programme.
- Fishing is complementary if you are staying at Trout River Falls. Day entry for fishing will be charge at R200.00pp.
- Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times should they be fishing.
- Fishing hours: 08:00 until 17:00.
- Damaged fish (hooked in the gills/gut) are to be killed and paid for. This will incur a charge of R175 per kilogram.
- Should you wish to have the fish cleaned, this will incur an additional charge of R100 per fish.
- All fish that are killed are to weighed for our records. Please do so at our reception desk when you leave.
- Lessons and hiring of equipment can be available upon request. Please note that this will be an additional charge for all equipment as well as your lesson.
