Stil, gemaklik en skoon.

Baie dankie aan Krona en Liza! Ons het dit baie geniet! Dit was heerlik stil, die plek was baie mooi skoon en die verwelkomende aarbeie en sjokolades was 'n bonus! Sal definitief weer gaan!

Absolutely delightful. Such welcoming hosts, delicious dinner pre-ordered, and very comfortable night.

A wonderful walk down 'memory lane' in the coffee shop, quaint eclectic and delightful. It is in the middle of nowhere, but absolutely worth the detour off the fast lane, to enjoy the slow pace of rural South Africa.

Charming and thoughtful.

We loved every minute of our stay from the moment when we arrived. There were ice cold beer and wine in the fridge to enjoy after a long day of travelling, and the pre-arranged dinner was delicious. Rooms were clean and charming. Perfect for a restful stay over. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was clean and neat. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and attended to our special requests. Just a note to anyone travelling by motorcycle, the access roads to Truksvy are not in a good condition, i.e. very corrugated and sandy in places. Obviously, this is not the fault of the establishment, but just something to keep in mind.

Plaasvars lekker!

Daar waar die "niks" 'n meter hoog groei, daar kry jy hierdie juweel plekkie. Ongelooflike gasvrye eienaars. Niks is te veel gevra as jy iets nodig het. Hulpvaardigheid en vriendelikheid is aan die orde van die dag.

Een vir die boeke.

Pragtige verblyf en gasheer.

Truksvy kan ek vir enige iemand aanbeveel om by te oor te stop. Dankie vir die uitstekende diens en verblyf op Soutpan.

Baie lekker.

Netjies en skoon. Vriendelike gasvrye mense. Ons gaan beslis weer daar kuier.

Baie goeie waarde vir geld.

Mens kan nie vir vriendeliker diens vra nie. Dit was net 'n plesier om daar oor te bly vir die nag. Maak seker om aandete te bespreek voor die tyd, jy sal nie spyt wees nie. Hulle beantwoord die vraag 'bestaan daar nog awesome mense?' met 'n volwaardige ja. Enigste ding wat pla is die vogtigheid wat die pleister laat skilfer, maar hulle is besig om werk te maak daarvan, dan sal alles perfek wees.

Stay was pleasant and primarily used for access the the Soetdoring Nature Reserve, so I did not spend time around Truksvy.

I did not look around Soutpan, so feel that I am unable to comment on the area as a travel destination.

Liza and Krona are delightful hosts.

Truksvy is located in a typical platteland town which takes you back in time. The rooms were perfect and everything worked. Breakfast in their little dining room was great with real moer koffie with condensed milk. Their little shop (or Soutpan Mall as they call it) appears to have everything.

Excellent location for visiting Soetdoring Mature Reserve and surrounds

Very friendly people, simple but good accommodation and food.

A clean neat room with all necessary facilities. Owners were kind, and helpful in all ways.

In comparison to other small towns and similar accommodation, this was pricy, excluding breakfast. The well stocked shop, and coffee shop, did however have breakfast on the menu. We did however experience small town hospitality, which money cannot buy. The salt pans close by, was an interesting visit.

Netjies skoon en gasvry. Kos is uitstekend

Lekker fietsry roete om die soutpanne. Verstaan meer waar kom sout vandaan. Verstaan die proses van vervaardiging beter. Was Great verby lekker gebraai. Sal weer gaan.

Topgehalte, vriendelikheid, waarde vir geld.

Hartsmense wat jou verblyf so gemaklik as moontlik vir jou wil maak. Heerlike kos. Verblyf was baie netjies en skoon en alles wat mens nodig het is daar.

Although basic accommodation, the Standard Bunk was all we required. Loved it.

Basic accommodation in a very small village off the beaten track. Very warm welcome, birds and stars. Perfect for a quiet overnight stop. Not for those who prefer luxury and amenities.
