Entering Upington from Johannesburg/Olifantshoek, Tshahitsi Lodge will be your first stop for resting, food and up-to-date travel information. We introduce Tshahitsi Lodge - a budget deal to our customers.
Accommodation comprises fully equipped industrial-chic units. Each self-catering unit has air-conditioning and a TV with selected DStv channels as well as a kitchen facility.
There is also 1 paraplegic room at the lodge. This room is accessible via a ramp from the parking bay. There is more than adequate space in the bedroom with access to a cupboard as well as a study table. The bathroom is very spacious for maneuvering of a wheelchair and there is an open-plan shower for roll-in comfort. The hand shower is adjustable and there is also a shower chair for added convenience, while the taps are all lever taps. The kitchen area is wheelchair-friendly and there is a cemented path leading to Silver Spoon Bistro with a ramp access.
Establishment facilities at Tshahitsi Lodge include braai packs and homemade sosaties that are available on the premises, ice, camelthorn wood, postcards, bottled water, a wash bay, laundry services, an overnight bulk freezing facility, group braai facilities, swimming pool, giant chess set and 24-hour security service.
This one-stop lodge is ideally situated, bordering the Bi-Lo Supermarket and Silver Spoon Bistro. An Engen service station is down the road from the lodge.
