House Rules
The balance is due 2 months prior to arrival for bookings between 15 December and 15 January. A 100% cancellation fee applies to bookings during this period.
No smoking permitted inside the cottage.
No pets permitted.
No day visitors permitted.
Late arrivals by prior arrangement only.
We regret no kids under the age of 12 can be accommodated.
Please note that the free Wi-Fi is limited per day.
The communal swimming pool at the main house can be used daily until 18h30. No unsupervised swimming kids under 18.
Guests need to bring their own beach/pool/swimming towels.
The on-site restaurant trades from 08h00 to 18h00 daily.
