Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
No smoking inside the main house or Comfort cottage.
No furniture is to be moved around or to be used outdoors.
It will greatly be appreciated if guests will report any breakages or damages.
The unit is situated in the Conservancy area with nature and other residents around. Guests should please respect the environment at all times.
Cleaning services are available upon request at an additional fee for guests staying for lengthy periods. However, there is no cleaning service on Sundays.
A cleaning fee applies to additional cleaning during your stay and must be arranged in advance.
The cardholder and ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
All guests booking in are to complete the Guest registration form with complete ID/passport details prior to arrival date. All info is strictly kept confidential and not to be shared with any 3rd parties. Strictly for the establishment only.
The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
No pets allowed.
The breakage deposit is payable for the Family home and the Comfort cottage is to be paid 5 days prior to the arrival date.
Strictly no bachelor parties or functions are allowed unless arranged with establishment management.
Right of admission strictly applies - Kindly arrange permission for you to receive and entertain guests on the premises.
We kindly request that guests leave the property in the same condition it was entrusted to them.
