House Rules
For dog lovers, if your dog is potty trained and behaves (no chewing furniture, doesn't bark a lot, etc.), then you are welcome to book with your dog.
Strictly no smoking indoors. There will be a fine of R1500 for smoking indoors.
No noise is allowed.
No parties allowed.
Max capacity is 10 people (infant exception). There will be a fine starting from R1500 for breaking this house rule.
Please adhere to the check-in/out time unless there is prior arrangement with the host. Late checking out will be charged hourly from R580/h.
Please pay attention to save electricity and water. Please switch off the lights, underfloor heating etc. which not need to be on.
Please kindly NOT use towels to wipe off makeups, and please ensure all makeups are removed before go to bed. Some makeup stains can not be removed, in that case we will have to charge the replacement of towels and linens.
Upon check-out, the house should be left in a generally neat and clean state, otherwise, extra cleaning fees will be charged.
