This upstairs apartment, adjacent to the main house, is an ideal apartment for a couple with children or 4 adults who know one another well. This flatlet is fully self-contained with a separate side entrance through an outside staircase.

There is a lovely sea view from this apartment to enjoy when sitting comfortably in the lounge area, enjoying a glass of wine around the fireplace, which is suitable to have a braai.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, with a small balcony, built-in cupboards and bedside tables with reading lamps and storage space. The lounge area contains cane furniture and 2 single sleeper couches. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stovetop, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dining table with seating space for 5 people. The lounge area has a lounge suite, a TV with Netflix from a fibre line and a built-in braai.

The accommodation facilities include off-street parking. A laundry service is available in town or on request. All linen is provided, but guests are required to bring along their own beach towels.
