Description
Twitcher's Nest is a charming safari lodge situated in the breathtaking Black Rhino Reserve, with access to the neighboring Pilanesberg National Park, just 2.5 hours from Johannesburg. The property offers a relaxing and exceptional safari experience for families and friends.
The lodge accommodates up to 11 adults and 1 child in 4 air-conditioned chalet-style bedrooms, each accessed via a paved footpath. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while the remaining two each feature a queen-size bed and two single beds, one of which is a child-only bed. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with an oval bathtub and shower, as well as an additional outdoor shower for a unique safari experience. WiFi is available only in the main living area.
The open-plan living area boasts comfortable seating, a TV for entertainment, a dining table, and a built-in braai. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The bar area, fitted with an ice machine, wine cooler, pool table, and dartboard, opens onto a lovely outdoor space featuring a jacuzzi. The resident game ranger is available for morning and afternoon game drives in the lodge’s custom safari vehicle, while a daily housekeeper ensures guests’ comfort.
The outdoor entertainment area offers a refreshing plunge pool, a jacuzzi, a boma with a fire pit, and a braai area. Twitcher's Nest is the ultimate bush retreat, where guests can enjoy game drives and witness Africa’s incredible wildlife.
