Excellent in all respects except one customer service aspect. no breakfast provided despite having been included in the price.

No breakfast provided despite having been included in the price. I accepted the R900 quotation purely because I took it that the R300 covers breakfast for 2 and left out other places offering R600 for the night. I was disappointed because it meant going to other outlets for R300 breakfast, increasing my cost to R1200.
