Description
Unique Hout Bay House is a holiday house perfectly situated within close proximity to the beach, wineries, hikes, shops, and some of Cape Town's best restaurants. It boasts views of mountains all around and is very private and peaceful.
The property is sloping slightly, and the house has 3 split levels. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The other 2 bedrooms each contain a double bed while the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds and shares a bathroom with a bath and shower. The flatlet has a double bed and there is an en-suite bathroom fitted only with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas and electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, a toaster, blender, and fridge-freezer, and the house runs on solar. The house boasts a comfortable lounge, and a large family dining room with a table that seats 10, each with its fireplace. There is also a kitchen island that seats 6 guests. The house has a 55" flat screen TV with Netflix and Apple TV+ included.
The half-acre includes a lush garden, pool, deck, fire pit, and built-in braai, ideal for relaxing. The property is secure with an electric gate and room to park four cars. The pool and garden are maintained twice a week.
