House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Guests who don’t adhere to this rule will be held responsible for cleaning costs incurred as well as income loss.
For longer stays, the sheets and towels will be changed every 3 - 5 days, depending on weekends.
Guests must bring their own floaties and fishing gear.
The speed limit is 20km/hr when driving inside the estate.
No parties or lewd behaviour will be tolerated.
Music must be turned down at 10pm.
Littering is not allowed.
Guests will be held responsible for any and all damages/breakages inside the unit, as well as every fine received for estate rules not being adhered to.
