Warm like home.

It was my parents' first Durban trip, and uShaka Manor Guest House is well positioned by the Umhlanga beachfront. Beautiful location, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also fresh and personalised. We loved our stay.

Excellent customer service exceeded our expectation.

The customer service was incredible, special thanks to Elaine. The decor and ambience were really beautiful, and the cleanliness was excellent. We travelled with our kids; they were comfortable and enjoyed the outdoor play area. A lot of consideration was given to our kids, which was beautiful.

Die melk en suiker in die kamers was nie daagliks vervang nie. Die vuil skottelgoed was nog steeds in die kamers, slegs die beddens is opgemaak. Showers het gelekt, in die een shower was daar nog hare in gewees van die vorige gas. Geen diens tydens ontbyt, kos is voor jou neergesit en personeel het verdwyn. Die ontbyt wat bedien was, was glad nie die geld werd nie, daar was nie 'n verskeidenheid nie. Jy word slegs een oggend gevra wat jy wil eet, dan nie weer van daaraf nie. Parkering is baie sleg, vreeslike opdraande of afdraande en daar is nie genoeg parkeerplek nie.
