Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
- Balance of payment is required 1 month prior to check-in.
- R1 000.00 refundable breakage deposit due with the balance of payment, also 1 month prior to arrival, and will be refunded via EFT within 10 working days of departure if the property and its contents are in the same condition as it was found.
- Unit is serviced daily excluding Sundays and public holidays
- Linen will be changed after 7 days or halfway through your stay if the stay exceeds 7 days
