Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Uvongo Chalets Body Corporate does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury to any person, that may occur on the property.
Please use allocated garages or carports – no parking allowed in driveways. Trailers are to be parked in the trailer parking area.
For your own safety please keep security gates locked at all times. Please keep the pool gate closed at all times.
Children using the pool must be under parental supervision at all times. Pool games must take place in an orderly manner and not intrude on fellow residents.
Please do not hang laundry over arrangements on balconies and do not use stumps etc. don't throw it away.
Rubbish must be taken out of the apartment on departure and regularly during your stay - please place rubbish in the designated area next to apartment no. 16.
No fireworks are to be used on the property.
No pets are allowed on the property without written permission. All dogs must be on a leash as soon as you leave the unit.
Please consider other residents and do not make a noise after 10 pm and before 7 am.
Please report any problems to maintenance appreciate a reservation has been made or directly with us, the owners.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment
