Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R8000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that no watercraft like boats or jet skis are included in your stay. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own watercraft for use during the stay. Access to the slipway and the use of the private jetty is permitted. Watercraft rentals are available nearby.
The upstairs main bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a private patio, lounge, bar, kitchenette, and gym as well as the external small entertainment room are not included. These areas are for the exclusive use of the owner.
The minimum age for booking is 27. Children or persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30.
Housekeeping service is available on request only and subject to availability.
Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 15:00. A specific time slot will be allocated and communicated to you.
During weekends and Public Holidays, housekeeping is available at an extra cost. A 24-hour prior arrangement is required.
A linen change is done every 6 days.
A bathroom towel change is done every 3 days, and beach towels are not changed.
The Villa is self-catering and certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only.
Please note, there is an 800 m gravel road leading to the accommodation.
