Frustrating.

Arrived to find Wi-Fi not working, all 3 bar chairs broken, previous guests' rubbish still in the courtyard, building material in cupboards and garage, loose extension leads (fall risk) in bedrooms, hardly running water in bath tap. The host was "unaware" of all of this. Not surprising because she lives 1200km away from the property she "manages". We thank the host for the willingness to sort the issues out and the discount offered. Tainted experience of what otherwise could have been a good stay. Lovely new house but leaves a lot to be desired at present. Thanks to you for the assistance in attempting to resolve the problems.
