- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- Small pets are welcome with prior arrangements, and damages will be charged to the guest’s account.
- Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
- Only the permitted number of people, children included, are allowed on the property.
- There is a gravel road leading to Via Lactea, and guests are required to enquire about the road's condition before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The owners live on the premises with their pets.
