Hi Kelly, I am rather surprised by your feedback as you advised us otherwise, that you really enjoyed your stay. The location and views are PRIME and the property actually offers exceptional value for money with it's private location, full sea views, hot tub, uncapped wifi and more. Your comment that the manager was rude and not willing to compromise is unfounded as you demanded to drop your luggage earlier than check-in time, we did inform you that it wasn't possible as we had other guests depart that same day and hence we had a same day change over clean, our staff were all on site and leaving your items at the house wasn't a possibility. If we could have accommodated your earlier check in, we would have. But with a same day change over, this is simply impossible. We also made an exception as the house sleeps max 5 and your booking was made for 5, but when you sent the booking form it was for 5 adults with a child. This actually goes against the T&C's of the booking, but we accommodated you as a gesture of goodwill. As for the linen you stained during your stay, those items had to be replaced as we simply can't put stained linen out for next guests. All linen and towels were spotless on your arrival. I am sorry you felt otherwise as you told us you enjoyed your stay, but be that as it may, our other guests rave reviews speak for themselves and we will continue to welcome guests for happy holiday stays at our lovely property. I wish you well!
